This workshop is for individuals/couples living in the Cayman Islands who are looking for a simple and affordable option to prepare their Will.

 

In filling out this registration form, you will need to provide some key information so we can prepare your draft Will. 

All information gathered will be held confidentially.

You are what is referred to as the Testator (person making the Will). Please have your Photo ID ready for upload for our compliance records.

 

 

How the Process Works:

  1. Submit the Registration Form above
  2. Upon submitting your registration, you will be invoiced
  3. Once paid, we will send you a draft of your Will (as a word document) along with signing & safekeeping instructions and information to access the online workshop where you can ask any additional questions. If for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop we will provide a link to the recording.

 

*DISCLAIMER: this is a simple Will that covers the basic elements of appointing executors, guardians and beneficiaries, plus access to an estate planning attorney to generally explain how Wills and Estate Planning works and answer questions so you are comfortable finalizing your Will.
